Sales Memorandum.

It is the Sellers responsibility to complete a sales memorandum.  The following should be included.

As an Email or Letter.

A copy must be sent to:

The Buyer, The Buyers Agent, The Buyers Solicitor, Your Solicitor.

Remember, do not do this until the Chain (if there is one) has been checked through the selling Agents involved.

Include:

• All Owners  Full names, Titles, Address, Tel Numbers and email address,

• Correspondence address if different from sale address.

• Offer Amount accepted

• "Subject to"  (Always Subject to Contract) plus others such as finance, Survey Own Sale.  These would have been declared in Offer Process.

• Buyers Full Name, Address, Tel Numbers and email address

• Buyers Estate Agent and Solicitor details including:  best Contact, Tel Nos, email and Address

• Your Full Solicitors Details.

Sales can very easily fail through due to an initial lack of this basic information.
